The Three Outlaws plot
Butch Cassidy, Sundance Kid and Bill Carver, the three biggest "outlaws" from the western United States, commit one more heist, on a train, before fleeing to Mexico. In Mexico they lead a peaceful life and buy a ranch. They take the stolen fortune in money to a local bank. During a local party that includes Colonel Aguilar and his attractive daughter Rita, Mexican "outlaw" El Gallo and his gang rob the bank. To avoid bankruptcy and deportation from Mexico, the three American "outlaws" commit robberies in Mexico and pretend that El Gallo committed them. Meanwhile, Colonel Aguilar has hired American detective Charlie Trenton to arrest the three "Outlaws", but his daughter Rita, who is in love with the Sundance Kid, warns them. When the three escape, Trenton wants to convince El Gallo to help him.
