"FIGHTING FURY OF THE PLAINS- 15 thrill-packed chapters of hair-raising exploits!"

Caravans with settlers don't reach Oregon. Jeff Scott is asked to investigate. Sam Morgan, a fur syndicate representative, controls the fur trade. He doesn't want settlers settling in his region. Sam sends Bull Bragg and his gang after a new group of settlers. Scott can fend off the attack, but Bragg manages to escape. Scott therefore does not know who the originator of the attacks on the settlers is.
