The Bushwhackers plot
"REVENGE - Frightening in it's Naked Fury!"
Jefferson "Jeff" Waring, a former Confederate soldier, arrives in an independent Missouri after the Civil War. Jeff has vowed never to show himself with a gun again. Jeff finds that despotic rancher Artemus Taylor, his independent and villainous daughter Norah, and his henchmen Sam Tobin and Cree are chasing the local settlers. Due to the arrival of a railroad, Taylor could get a lot of money for the settlers' land from the railroad company. Jeff gets the support of Cathy Sharpe, the attractive school teacher and daughter of the local newspaper publisher, in his fight against the Taylors.
