"THERE'S A PRICE ON BILLY'S HEAD...And Rangeland Rustlers Want To Shoot Him!"

Billy Carson of Wolf Valley is hunting cattle thieves. During a shootout, Carson kills a gunslinger in self-defense, whom corrupt city boss Mr. Barlow had been sent for him. Despite the judge James Ryan thinking that Carson is innocent, he has him arrested. When the cattle thefts continue, the judge releases Carson. Carson goes incognito as a Mexican cattle dealer in hopes of tracking down the thieves and clearing his name.
