Cuando Habla el Corazón plot

After spending their childhood together, Cecilia, Miguel and Cruz lose sight of each other and go their separate ways. Miguel's girlfriend dies shortly after her pregnancy and her brother Cruz is willing to take care of the newborn, without realizing that Miguel is the father. Meanwhile, Cecilia has a deep love for Cruz, but struggles to express those feelings. Then Cruz discovers Miguel is the child's father and insists that his old friend duel him to the death.
