Rengô Kantai plot
This film tells the story of the mighty battleship Yamato, flagship of the Imperial Navy. As the largest battleship ever, it dominated the Pacific battle until the tide turned in favor of the Americans after Midway. Ultimately, her last assignment would be the suicide mission Ten-Go.
