"We have invaded Silo 3. We are prepared to launch nine nuclear missiles. We demand ten million dollars, Air Force One... and you, Mr President."
Lawrence Dell, a general in the United States Air Force, spent five years as a prisoner of war during the Vietnam War. After his return, he actively argues that the government should tell the truth about the events in Vietnam, but with a whipped manslaughter charge he is jailed. Now all the more determined to uncover the truth about the Vietnam War, Dell, along with three other inmates, plots to escape and occupy a nuclear base.
