"From his French maid, he got Private Lessons. Now his English professor is giving him a REAL education."

Diane Stevens is an attractive woman who works at a school as a teacher. She is married to another teacher, who inherits a large sum of money when his mother dies. Unwilling to wait for this, they decide that Diane is going to seduce one of her students, Jay Richard, so he can help them. However, the plan fails and they are soon hunted by a masked killer.
