The brothers Roemello and Raynathan Skuggs, the largest drug dealers in Harlem, did not have a happy childhood. Their mother died of an overdose when they were very young and their father has been living disabled since he was taken care of by Gus Molino's gang years ago. There is still a feud between the two clans, of which Roemello and Lolly Molino are leaders on the one hand. However, Roemello wants to stop all shady business and start a normal life with the beautiful Melissa. He wasn't bad. Nice look away movie with Snipes from back then. The atmosphere is good and it is topped with blissful Jazz tunes. The story is well set up and the acting is also good. Sometimes there were also tender parts of that the mother dies of an overdose in the beginning and then the father at the end of the film
For 1 euro absolutely not a bad buy. You get a lot on your plate with sugar heuver for that price 
There was no need for that twist at the end.

Dull crime drama that never really gets off the ground. The tensions between the 2 brothers and the romance with Melissa take too much time. There is no development in the film. The crime story that was supposed to provide some variety remains on the back burner and the gangsters are filled in by bad actors. It doesn't surprise me that this movie has been forgotten. Didn't like it.
