"Vote Early. Vote Often."
Dicky Pilager is a nervous and not very bright candidate for governor, which he aspires to by his father, a senator. Dicky keeps his campaign going, but disaster strikes when a corpse turns up while shooting a TV spot. Furious, the campaign manager hires a private detective who, during his investigation, also uncovers the corruption and influence of senior lobbyists, media conglomerates and conservationists.
