Nightmare Tenant plot
Carol Allen is a doctor by profession and feels alone. Her daughter Lacey has left home to study elsewhere. On Lacey's advice, Carol decides to rent out the guest room. She receives a response from Melissa Winters, a young woman who cannot find a permanent residence. Carol and Melissa click, so Carol decides to rent out the room to her. After a while, Carol discovers that her new tenant has nefarious plans.
