Pierre Hoffman is a French teacher who takes a job at a prestigious university. There he immediately notices something strange in his students who display hostile and violent behavior. Is it because they are still in shock after their previous French teacher threw herself out the window? Or are they afraid of the future, which includes the ecological threat? Curious Pierre tries to find out their secrets, but curiosity soon gives way to obsession.
