Istanbul plot

Journalist Frank Collins is an American living in Sweden. He decides to travel to Istanbul with his daughter Mia after receiving a mysterious videotape with a personal message. There appears to be a link with his in-laws. When Mia is kidnapped, Frank goes looking for her. During his search, he comes across a political conspiracy and illegal arms trade.
