Alexandra ''Alex'' Delgado gave up figure skating when her partner (on and off the ice) was injured. When their love cooled and their relationship ended, Alex stopped competing and started teaching. She accepts an offer to work with James Van Behr, the skating badboy, who is banned from the rink. Their relationship grows closer as they approach the competition. But will their passion ruin Alex's chance to take home the gold again?
