"He went from the eye of the storm, into the arms of a hurricane."
Ben is about to marry his fiancée in Savannah. In two days it's time and he's taking a plane from New York to Savannah. However, at the very last minute the flight is canceled and together with fellow passenger Sarah he tries to find a rental car. When that doesn't work, they take the train, but they forget to transfer, which ultimately takes them further from their goal. How about the bus? That becomes difficult after someone has stolen all their money. To make matters worse, Ben begins to have strange feelings for Sarah.

Mediocre film in which a groom travels from New York to Savannah for his wedding, but is stuck with another woman on the way. Apart from the ending, the film has a predictable course with a number of unfortunate events bringing the two protagonists closer together. It's certainly not going to be hilarious. Sandra Bullock is nice, but can't quite save the film.

“Sometimes the people we meet change us forever.”
Film that is just saved by the actors. Bullock and Affleck have a fine chemistry, and their bickering has long kept Forces of Nature worthy of respect. Tierney also has a fine role as Affleck's fiancée who has to manage the craziness of two families.
And luckily, the film chooses a satisfying ending, and it doesn't bring Bullock and Affleck together. Unfortunately, the situations in which this duo ends up are not really interesting and the film falls very badly after a good start. Especially when some forced drama comes into play, the film drops to a dubious level. Not even a sparkling Bullock can change that.
