Seekers plot

Stella and Susie meet by chance at the 'Seekers' detective agency, both looking for owner Mike Hazard who has disappeared without a trace; to their horror, they discover that they are both married to the same man. Stella has lived through Mike's bad times; his career as a police detective, and then the difficult period starting his own agency. Pregnant Susie, who is herself a police officer, must find the strength to raise her baby herself now that she is abandoned. Stella and Susie decide to put their own feelings aside and join forces to unravel Mike's mysterious disappearance. Not only does their search yield a corpse, they also uncover a plot to steal a fortune from shops via a computer virus.
