Akuma no Temari-uta plot
Private detective Kôsuke Kindaichi is asked to help solve a murder of the village elder in the small town of Onikobe. The town is made up of farmers, a winemaker, craftsmen and fans of old movies. When three young women are also murdered, all the murders, and one that was committed 23 years earlier, seem connected by the lyrics of an old nursery rhyme. When a famous singer also visits the town and appears to be a target, Kôsuke must do everything in his power to unravel the mystery surrounding the murders.
