"Fiction And Radio's Foremost Mystery Buster Tackles His Most Baffling Case"
Two mysterious sailors emerge from Allan Rogers' dark past to blackmail him just as he sets out to find his missing daughters. Ellery Queen is summoned by Stewart Cole, who is also Rogers' secretary. Inspector Queen goes to the estate where she finds one daughter and expects the other back. But when she arrives, it's Ellery's secretary Nikki Porter who pretends to be the daughter and then scams Rogers.
