Enemy Agents Meet Ellery Queen plot

"It's a wave of thrills and chills for you!"

Nazi spies hunt for precious diamonds, which are smuggled from the Netherlands to the United States via Egypt. The gems are hidden in a mummy, in order to mislead the Nazis and the American authorities. When diamond smuggler Paul Gillette is murdered on arrival in the US with diamonds in his possession, private detective Ellery Queen, his father, Police Inspector Richard Queen and Ellery's secretary Nikki Porter try to solve the murder. The search for the Nazi spies leads the trio to a jewelry store, an art gallery, a sports club and a graveyard, where Nikki eventually falls into the hands of the enemy.
