On March 22, 2023, two bodies were discovered in a former hospital. Footage from security cameras and bodycams provides an impression of what happened that night. Present were a security guard on his first day of work [Paul Syre Lee], a grumpy colleague [Mark Anthony Williams] tasked with training him, and their supervisor [Danielle Kennedy]. The appearance of an intruder [Corinna Wagner-Smith] leads to an investigation with a fatal outcome. With long, empty corridors filled with doors and a sequence hanging in the morgue, there is an underlying tension. However, it soon becomes apparent that Pineda makes you wait until the end to even attempt to serve up any horror.
