Deux Amours plot

Two brothers live in a village and argue about the same girl Toinette. One, Sylvain, is a brilliant amateur singer, the other, Désiré, is more unlucky. Toinette only thinks about Sylvain. Désiré languishes and disappears as a clown in a traveling circus because he is less gifted.
