The Zeme plot
"Once you're here, you're here forever."
Land developer Erie moves with his wife Kit and their eight-year-old daughter Alysha to a remote island called Hell'n'view after losing money on a big deal. They want to start with a clean slate, but Kit and her daughter experience strange phenomena in their new home: they see ghosts. Because Erie doesn't believe her, Kit decides to solve the mystery of the ghosts himself. Meanwhile, Erie is possessed by the cursed land and begins to exhibit murderous tendencies.
