Punk Rock Holocaust 2 plot

The itinerant punk rock festival Vans Warped Tour is startled by the so-called Executioner, a headless zombie. But now he wants his head back, and in his quest he wreaks havoc by ripping the heads of band members and visitors left and right. Meanwhile, the festival management tries to suppress the rumors about the events.
