When Jeff Graham accidentally wakes up the horrific monster Guan-Di, the entire town where Jeff lives is in turmoil. They decide to kidnap B-movie legend Bruce Campbell, who has defeated many monsters and aliens in his career. Bruce then thinks it's his agent's prank for his birthday, but soon discovers that there is actually a monster. And then it turns out that the actor Bruce Campbell is not as tough and handy as the characters he plays in all those B-movies.
