Copperhead plot
Wild Bill just got out of jail. He passes a place that seems to have just been a fight. Here he finds an old Mexican who tells that there have been snakes. Later, Bill arrives in a small town in New Mexico. He enters a saloon here and has a drink. He plays poker with the cowboy Jesse. Bill tries to tell Jesse about the snakes coming towards town. If the snakes don't come, Jesse says Bill is as good as dead. Then when all the horses are bitten, precautions are taken; the women and children are sent to the bank so that they are safe. And then the snakes come, and they can't be killed just like that and are unstoppable!
