Romeo and Juliet decide to move into an apartment in an old, abandoned factory. However, it turns out that someone already lives there... The deranged owner of the factory and his buddy, the real estate agent, who have made it a habit to lure and torture young, innocent couples. But Romeo and Juliet prove anything but innocent.
