"Mischievous...Magical...Messy!"
Tommy has just become co-host of the popular children's show "Captain Mike's Mystery Monsters" and he is curious to find out how the special effects are done with the monsters in the show. Great is his surprise when he discovers that no special effects are involved, but that they are real miniature monsters forced by Captain Mike to participate in the show. Just as he tries to help the monsters, their original owner, the evil Queen Mara, comes to Earth to reclaim her property and exact revenge on Captain Mike.
