Beauty and the Beast plot
"The monster they feared was the prince she loved."
Beauty (De Mornay) takes care of everything in her family: without her nobody is on time and nothing happens at all. When her father (Graber) angers a beast (Savage) in a magical castle, Beauty takes the punishment. Beauty leaves her family and for the first time in her life thinks about herself and what she wants. Meanwhile, she receives nocturnal visits from the beast, who turns out to be an enchanted prince, and a romance blossoms.
