"The best friend ever built"
The intelligent robot FREDI is stolen from a secret research facility by the head of the project, the scientist Dr. palmer. He is forced to leave FREDI in a forest where it is found by fifteen-year-old James. A strong bond grows between the robot and James. However, he is not the only one who knows about the robot and together with his friends Danny and Natalie he has to take on the villainous Grant.
