"Leapin' lizards!"
Red-haired orphaned girl Annie visits London with her foster father and her two friends. Also included in the tour group are the absent-minded Professor Eli Eon and the evil Lady Edwina Hogbottom. Professor Eon has invented a new kind of explosives and Lady Edwina plans to get the formula from him. She wants to blow up Buckingham Palace and become Queen of England. Annie and her friends put a stop to this.
