Intervalometer Experiments plot

Against the background of an ominous, haunting soundscape and a concrete staircase, David Lynch experiments with time-lapse photography. Using an intervalometer, a sensitive device that accurately measures short time intervals, he adds creative flair to the eternal noetic conflict between shadow and light. And little by little, before our eyes, life-giving light gives way to the sinister darkness that stalks the viewer from the corner of the scene.
