Zeit der Störche plot

The conscientious young teacher Susanne Krug wants to relax one last time in a remote place before her wedding. In a peaceful landscape northwest of Berlin, she meets the worker Christian Smolny. At first she rejects his clumsy attempts at overtures, especially because she has been living with the scientist Wolfgang Fischer for two years, whom she will soon marry. Christian, on the other hand, considers his existence a failure, but is also a daredevil.
