Old age comes with flaws, but that doesn't seem to apply to Jack. He drinks enough alcohol every day to ease the pain he has. In the evenings he performs as Jackie, a coarse-mouthed woman with high heels. In the club where he works he meets the young man Faith. The two get to know each other better and a bond develops. Neither are who they appear to be: Jack is straight and has an ex-wife and a daughter. Faith exudes confidence, but is rejected by his family and sleeps in his car.
