A Vietnam War veteran returns home to mend his relationship with his estranged brother, a majority owner of a California racetrack. Upon arriving, he discovers his brother has been murdered during a robbery. After being framed for his brother's murder, he tracks down his old flame to help solve the robbery and murder.
