"They had all the moves!"

It's 1965 and Philadelphia is full of rock 'n roll. The TV show "Dance Party" starring Perry Parker is insanely popular and every teenager dreams of one day experiencing "Dance Party" live. So is Del Green, who spends his free time exclusively dancing and daydreaming about Vicky, the beautiful queen of "Dance Party". At the cost of his school exams Del audition and despite opposition from the regular show guests, he becomes very popular in no time. During a live broadcast, Perry Parker suddenly introduces Del and Vicky as the greatest rock and roll dance couple of all time.
