Tehran 7:00 A.M. plot

The place is Tehran, the time is seven in the morning and there is a large group of pedestrians waiting for a red traffic light. The young police officer who operates the traffic lights leaves a red light on for as long as possible so that he has more time to see the object of his love, an actress. When he expresses his love, there appears to be a big gulf between them. In a drug control lab, two nasty tyrannical men have to test customers' urine. They are nearing retirement, and have been terrified of inspection all their lives. Today - without their knowledge - an inspector is coming. On the busy streets of Tehran, a motorcyclist earns his living by taking people behind. He listens carelessly to the stories of customers, and quickly mixes up the facts entrusted to him. Until an old man gives him a hard time. An Afghan welder spots a girl escaping a man. They become interested in each other - as they tell each other lies about their lives.
