Someone She Knows plot

Laurie Phillips lives in a small and quiet town, where everyone really knows each other. The community is unconcerned about crime until Laurie's five-year-old daughter is found murdered. Unable to find the culprit, Laurie decides to start her own investigation. With the help of her neighbor, she goes in search of the perpetrator, who must undoubtedly be an acquaintance of the family. The results of the investigation are simply shocking.
