The plump cosmetics saleswoman Tiffany does not want to end up like her mother: fat and without a man. One evening she gets to know Falk, who is clearly attracted to her, but drops out when it threatens to become intimate. Tiffany suspects her size is getting in the way of her happiness and undergoes cosmetic surgery. However, this does not have the desired effect.
