"The Impossible True Story"
Lucien Laurin (John Malkovich) is a former jockey and now trainer of champion horse 'Secretariat'. Penny Chenery (Diane Lane) is the owner of Meadow Farm, a horse breeding farm in Virginia. Thanks to her racehorse Secretariat, different people's paths cross, including Lucien and Penny.

Nice drama with good roles from John Malkovich and Diane Lane who looked very nice. The story is quite good (nice to know that it actually happened) and also knows how to captivate and is even exciting at the horse races. The images of the horse races looked nice and the credits were also nicely done. At the last race I actually expected something emotional but it was just a Call for Secretariat.

Beautiful film about a housewife who, after the death of her parents, starts running their horse breeding farm. The umpteenth true sports story from the Disney stable, again does not disappoint (partly because you know what to expect). Certainly entertaining, although it could have been a bit shorter towards the end. The film looks good including the horse races and has a good cast.
