Resting Place plot

"Military honors knows no color"

In 1972, a black officer mysteriously dies in Vietnam, after which his body is returned to his American hometown. While the circumstances surrounding his death are investigated, a battle ensues in the village over whether or not the deceased should be buried as a hero in the 'white' cemetery.
