PVC-1 plot

A group of masked men raid the home of a poor family in rural Colombia. They enclose a bomb in a PVC-1 hose around the mother's neck and demand a ransom of 15 million pesos. The family will be told by phone where to take the money. If the ransom is not delivered according to the exact instructions, the bomb collar will explode.
