Geumul plot
"A man trapped in the net against his will."
A North Korean fisherman has bad luck: the engine of his boat breaks down and he drifts to South Korea. After being brutally interrogated there, he is eventually sent back to his country. Before he leaves, he discovers the dark side of South Korean society that contrasts sharply with the image he developed. He realizes that economic development does not necessarily make for a happy people. Even though he reaches his home country, he undergoes the same interrogation. Then he begins to suffer greatly from his unintentional entrapment between the two ideologies of the two countries.
