Punku plot
Along a river in the Peruvian jungle, Meshia finds an unconscious Ivan two years after he disappeared. She takes him to a hospital in the town of Quillabamba, where he undergoes a necessary eye operation and is reunited with his family. They invite Meshia to stay with them, and she takes a job in their bar. She soon finds herself down a dark rabbit hole of beauty contests and predatory men, while Ivan distinguishes himself by refusing to speak.
