The year 2000 in the outskirts of Belgrade, during the last months of Milosevic's regime. A group of friends meet every night at a local cafe. They dream of living a normal life. Steva, the bartender, is in love with an actress. Duya is devoted to his motorcycle. Bane, the owner of the cafe, plans to steal the motorcycle. Nikola, war veteran, dreams of a job. Toma, an ambulance driver, is in love with Mira. Mira, in turn, is in love with a local criminal, who beats her. Sometimes she thinks she's in love with Toma...
