"When she met her man she forgot her millions — and was just a woman in LOVE!"
At the urging of her uncle Jerome Cedric, the wealthy and spoiled American Annie Holt must marry a European royal. In this way Annie can save the company of her father, the banker Bill Holt, which is in danger of going bankrupt. However, the attractive Annie is in love with the unreachable Tony Gage. Annie's parents are also charmed by Tony. The Holts, however, come into conflict with Uncle Jerome.
