Money plot

Frank Cimballi, a wealthy 21-year-old heir, squanders his fortune at a rapid pace. His guardian promises to settle all debts on the condition that Frank leaves France indefinitely. Arriving in Kenya, he receives an anonymous letter stating that the money he inherited is only a small part of the immense fortune his father left him. Furious, Frank decides to set up a powerful financial institution so that he can teach the thieves mores one by one. He gets the help of private detective Marc Lavater.
