Missing Women plot
Phillip Rankin is newly married to Claudia. Phillip is murdered after they stop on a remote road. While the police search for the killer, Claudia changes her name and appearance and starts her own investigation, finding the progress of the police investigation too slow. She goes incognito with a gang of car thieves and to be of value to them Claudia participates in the thefts. It doesn't take long before she becomes a full part of the group; getting out is getting harder and harder. Meanwhile, Claudia's disappearance is noticed by the Missing Person Department and they start looking for her.
