Mary Kom plot
Young Chungneijang Kom finds a boxing glove in the wreckage after a plane crash in Kangathei, Manipur and becomes instantly attached to it, much to the chagrin of her father Tonpa. Chungneijang grows into a combative teenager and ends up in a gym where she impresses coach M. Narjit Singh. She soon becomes one of India's leading female boxers under the name "MC Mary Kom" and is introduced to the football player Onler. There are challenges, both in the form of the corrupt state official Sharma and motherhood.
