"All this Love and Joy, That Fights for an Outlet"

About John Middleton Murry, publisher and husband of New Zealand writer Katherine Mansfield, who looks back on his past in his old age. He is stimulated to do so by an imminent edition of Mansfield's letters to him, as well as the meeting with a woman who looks just like her. Retrieving the memories reveals how he manipulated her and thus jeopardized her career.
