Happy Day plot
The life of a group of prisoners is hell in a concentration camp on a barren island. Every day is dominated by interrogations, psychological and physical violence, arbitrary punishment and other torture. One of the prisoners, who refuses to surrender to the guards, is tortured. During an attempt to escape, he falls into the sea. The guards of the camp assume that he was killed.
